Southern Alberta Skating Academy Seminars are open to both STARSkate and CompetitiveSkate figure skaters at the Star 1 or higher level (working on single, double and/or triple jumps). These sessions are designed to expose skaters to important aspects of skating including theatre and choreography, technique, nutrition, mental preparation, judging and conditioning. Topics and registration for the Seminars will be posted approximately 2 weeks in advance of the session.
All Southern Alberta Skating Academy Seminars are open to any registered Skate Canada skaters and coaches.
